What’s included in the app?
Our app is a hub for all your training needs—access your workouts, log results and get real-time feedback from our coaching team.
We also host monthly challenges where you compete against other members of the community for tangible prizes.
How do the live calls work?
The live calls are completely for you. Most weeks we go over particular training topics then conduct a Q&A to ensure all your questions are answered.
Each call is also recorded so if you want specific topics covered you can submit questions beforehand then find the calls in our Skool classroom.
