Jon Hamilton

Former Night Stalker and Green Beret with 10 years of Special Operations Experience.

During his 10 year career, Jon deployed multiple times to Afghanistan, Iraq and Eastern Europe.

After leaving the service he pursued his NASM-CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Training) certification and founded Infinite Grit.

Carlton "CJ" Joyner

Ranger qualified Green Beret with over 14 years of service, Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor Recipient with multiple deployments to the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

CJ is a strength & conditioning coach for the Texas A&M University Ranger Challenge Team (1st Place in 2024)

Currently pursuing his Masters of Sports Physiology at Texas A&M University

Chris Barrett

Ranger-qualified Green Beret with 12 years of service, including 3 combat deployments and 6 operational tours. Chris is a Purple Heart recipient and a strength and conditioning coach focused on building durable, high-performing athletes. As part of the Infinite Grit team, Chris is dedicated to passing on the lessons of resilience and discipline from his Special Operations experience.

Matt Powell

With nearly two decades of strength and conditioning experience, Matt Powell started as a walk-on Division 1 football player who earned a scholarship and became the head strength coach for a D1 university. He now serves as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where he works directly with active Special Operations Forces.

Matt has worked with NFL teams, including the Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bears, and top-tier universities such as Temple and UConn. Over his 13 years with the 75th Ranger Regiment, he has successfully coached over 100 soldiers to pass SFAS and more than 60 into Tier 1 Special Missions Units.

As a registered dietician, Matt adds a crucial dimension to Infinite Grit, helping us refine our programs and ensure optimal nutrition strategies for our athletes. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team, and we are honored to have him on board as we continue to raise the standard of performance coaching.

Sydney Fullerton

Registered Yoga Teacher specialized in Ashtanga-based practice.

Sydney designed the Infinite Grit Yoga program to focus on building flexibility and mobility in key large muscle groups throughout the body to avoid injury and promote overall wellness in the body.
