Terms of Service

At Infinite Grit, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching services to help you reach your fitness and performance goals. Please review our policies below regarding the fulfillment of our services, as well as our refund and cancellation guidelines.

Service Fulfillment:

  • Upon enrollment, clients will receive access to personalized programming, coaching materials, and check-ins as outlined in their specific coaching package.
  • All services are delivered digitally through our online platforms, and clients will have access to these materials as long as they are active members of the program.

Refund Policy:

  • Coaching Services: Due to the personalized nature of our coaching program, refunds are not offered once a client has received access to the program materials or started their coaching plan. We are confident in the value of our services, but if you experience any issues or concerns, please contact us at jon@infinitegrit.us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
  • Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions or personal emergencies that prevent participation in the program. All refund requests must be submitted to jon@infinitegrit.us for review.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Program Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment in the coaching program at any time. However, any fees paid up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. To cancel your membership, please contact us at jon@infinitegrit.us and we will assist you with the process.
  • Subscription Payments: If you are on a monthly payment plan, please cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
